Our History
History
The Egnatia Alliance Foundation was created with the desire to introduce a new model of community work. Born from the union of five individuals engaged in various social fields, it aims to become a center of development and inspiration for the communities of Rrogozhina, Kavaja, Divjaka, and beyond. Based at the “Arena Egnatia” Stadium, the foundation combines social, educational, youth, and environmental activities with a modern and contemporary vision.

Our Structure
Organizational Structure
The foundation is led by the Steering Board, which oversees its work and development. The President acts as the main representative and guarantor of the mission. The Executive Director manages daily activities and implements programs and initiatives. The Secretary handles communication, documentation, and administrative organization. The structure is supplemented by program coordinators as needed: education, youth, sports, environment, social projects, and public communication.
